The math that matters
The whole blend is 1,200 mg. Tongkat ali alone was studied at 200-600 mg of a standardized extract, and saw palmetto usually at 320 mg. Nettle root at 450 mg. Eight ingredients cannot all reach those doses inside 1,200 mg. Some must sit well below the research range.
